Most new milled carpets come pre-treated with carpet protectors but should be reapplied to high traffic areas after 2-4 years usage.

Tile and Grout cleaning - Cleaning tile and grout can be done using superior rotary jet force as well as extraction. No more wet flooded floors - we actually extract the water leaving the floors drier and cleaner. Sealer can be applied to the newly cleaned grout. If you don't like the color of the grout, change it and seal it all at the same time.
